Cha Yau is a manufacturer of products made from EVA. Our factory produce EVA foam material,i.e. foam sheets and foam rolls, (Cha Yau EVA foam production) and deal with the further processing (eg. foam mat and puzzle). All custom-made products in EVA-foam are very welcome.

The usages of our finished products are for the DIY floorings and educational toys.

A. Educational Toys

1. Puzzles : We designed a number of interesting EVA foam puzzles. Especially, we patented the biggest puzzle named World-Map Puzzle. The puzzles are educational and interesting toys especially for the children.

Number Foam Puzzle PID: PC03001 Number Foam Puzzle Mats. Numbers, alphabet and other patterns are applied on the foam mats. They are fun floor mats for Children's playing and safety.

The Cork-EVA foam mat combines natural cork with flexible EVA foam, i.e. 1mm Cork with 7mm EVA foam. Apart from the flooring usage, It could also be the message board.
